After a dozen progressed matches in Q1, TrustedLand want to show you how powerful the Matching Process can be for finding the perfect capable site buyer. So we’re making it very tempting to find out what we can do in Q2.

Alongside the release of the Q2 Real Developer Requirements Index, we’re giving every agent, sourcer and developer who introduces their off-market site to at least one 100% matched Real Developer a free bottle of quality champagne. Simple.

How it works:

1. Provide the team with basic details of your site – approx location, plot or scheme size, planning status
2. TrustedLand run a 24-hour matching and share matching results
3. Choose informal or formal matching to any Real Developers with 100% match
4. Collect bottle of quality champagne and celebrate something

Terms:

• Site must be introduced by 29th April 2022 latest
• Site must be off-market and you must be direct with a vendor or introduce the direct party
• Site must not be promoted in forums or available on portals
• Site must be in South-east of London and be resi-led
• TrustedLand must be able to introduce the site and yourself to proceed the referral
• Site must achieve at least one 100% match to qualify
• One bottle of champagne per qualifying deal, no limit per person
• Champagne is available for collection from 1st May 2022 until 30th June 2022 from Soho Wine Store
• No credit or alternative reward available, cannot be used for credit against other purchases
• Any fees due to TrustedLand will be collected from Buyer; fees vary – see Matching Process for details
